Meet Stae Hall: Like many of you, Motivational Speaker, Author, Mind Body and Spiritual Life Coach and Certified Soft Skills Trainer; Stae Hall at some time or another struggled with knowing how to completely and authentically walk in the purpose that God had for her life. And at times felt as if she was hitting a brick wall in business and not growing at a pace she believed to be satisfactory or achieving the success that she needed in order to feel accomplished. She felt as if she was constantly “Running in Circles” trying to find the direction God was leading her to. As she searched for the answer, she quickly realized that she was not alone in this battle and decided to do what she should have done a long time ago and that was take it to the Lord and let Him speak to her so then He could speak through her and she could begin to assist other women and people in general along their journeys to find success in business and in life.
So, out of shear determination to help others and a passionate desire to be obedient to God, Stae decided to launch Running 4 UR L.Y.F.E. (Love Yourself First Explicitly) and i.S.A.L.T. (Institute for Success and Leadership Training). These organizations were created to encourage, engage and enhance the lives of others; both personally and businesswise. Stae strives to reach as many people as possible with a message of love, hope, self-worth, confidence, awareness and success. Her goal is to teach people the skills they need to achieve the success they desire, by using the tools provided through Soft Skills Training and Life Coaching.
In addition to being a passionate Coach, Consultant, Trainer, YouTuber, Author and Motivational Speaker; Mrs. Hall is also the devoted wife of Dr. Wallace L. Hall, Jr. and is blessed to be the loving mother to the couple’s (combined) six children (4 boys and 2 girls) and doting “Mae-Mae” to their 3 “GLAM-babies” she endearingly calls Juicy, Sugie-Momma and Button. Stae enjoys traveling somewhere tropical, taking long trail runs, researching, writing, cooking for her family and watching them thrive through the grace and mercy of our Lord.

is a former principal turned entrepreneur, economic empower educator, and CEO of TNA Financial Group.
Terri founded TNA Financial Group™. A financial services company specializing in helping business owners develop, grow, and protector their retirement. The company serves clients in over 22 states. As a highly sough after consultant and coach, Terri is committed to build, grow, and protect her clients' wealth from financial infirmities and inflation changes. She educates with proven strategies and financial principles to provide solutions to her clients. She personally has over 300 clients to date most are business owners and entrepreneurs.
Before transitioning into full-time entrepreneurship, Terri served as a STEM Academy principal and instructional coach. She has a Masters degree in education with a concentration in STEM and a Small Business Institute Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University. Terri graduated from Christian Brothers University with her undergraduate degree in Finance.

Are meals provided?
Saturday Lunch and Sunday Brunch is provided for all in-person attendees. There will be heavy hors d'oeuvres at the gala and VIP Welcome Reception. We’ll provide everyone with a list of local dining options near the event so you can make the most of your breakfast and dinner.
Will you offer a livestream ticket?
We do not offer a virtual experience because nothing can compare to being in the room. We recommend that you attend in person to get the full experience.
Is there a refund/cancellation policy?
While tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, they are transferable.
Is the tuition tax deductible?
In general, most professional development courses can be written off in part or completely as a business expense. Even so, I strongly recommend that you share your receipt with your tax advisor for every expense- including travel.
Will I get one-on-one time with Terri?
Because this event is an intimate learning experience, you can count on Terri, in her signature style, coming down off the stage to add value and work with participants to usher in breakthroughs.
If you want more personal time with Terri, you should consider our VIP option so that you will have lunch with her. VIP seats are extremely limited to enhance the experience with attendees.

What is the dress code for the event?
The dress code is business casual. We recommend clothes that make you feel like a million bucks and shoes that will make the day pleasant.
Am I going to have to deal with more selling or is this conference content rich?
Terri is known for her no fluff, actionable and life-shifting content. Her commitment is to your next level of growth and transformation and she will be delivering content that you can start implementing right away. Terri is not a fan of “pump you up” multi-speaker pitch-fest events that leave you excited, but not necessarily transformed. She believes she has to earn the right to help you continue to accelerate your life, career and business before presenting you with more options. Terri will only share a few resources with you to enhance your transformational journey. Please note: there may be a small number of carefully selected exhibitors onsite offering services that might be beneficial to our target audience, but no purchase is necessary.
Can my spouse/best friend attend?
Yes! We love it when attendees bring their spouse, friends, colleagues, etc. to experience transformations with them for added support and edification. This event is for ANY business owner who desires to gain access to strategies to enhance their life and business. You can secure your “Bring a Friend” ticket after you register for the event.
Is recording permitted during any sessions?
No personal recording is permitted. The event will be recorded by the designated audio/visual team only.
